PRODUCTION TIME IS NOT YOUR IN-HAND DATE.
Turnaround times refer to production only. After production is complete, it may take up to one additional business day for your order to ship or become available for pickup. Shipping transit and delivery schedules are separate.
The last day of your production turnaround is not a guaranteed date to receive your order. We aim to release every job as soon as production allows.

Resolve changes & holds
If your job has revised files, is on hold, or is awaiting proof approval, turnaround begins when the required approval is given.
Approve your proof
All booklets and calendars receive an electronic proof. You must approve it before turnaround and printing begin.
RUSH PRODUCTION
ABOUT SAME-DAY ORDERS.
- Available on limited products, in quantities up to 500.
- Artwork must be uploaded and approved by 10:00 AM.
- Same-day service is not available at every location.
- We may produce same-day orders on digital press equipment.
- Orders completed after 5:00 PM may not be available for pickup until the following morning.
AFTER PRODUCTION
PICKUP, SHIPPING & DELIVERY.
Pickup or shipping release: Allow up to one business day after production is complete. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.
Free delivery orders: Delivery takes place on the next scheduled day for your zone, excluding the production day.
A specific deadline: Ask us to confirm both the production schedule and when your order can be picked up, shipped, or delivered.
